- Non-Refundable Services: Certain services, such as domain registration, third-party software licenses, and hosting fees, are non-refundable once initiated or purchased.
- Processing Time: Refund requests are typically processed within 7-12 business days from the date of the written request.
- Refund Method: Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for the original transaction. Please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to be processed.
